Paralegals and Staff

Rochelle was born in the old Providence Hospital on “L” Street, raised in Anchorage, and is a West High School alumni. She has two adult children, Tia and Tony, and a teenage daughter, Karly. She is married to Kevin. Rochelle has worked as a legal secretary and paralegal in Anchorage for over 25 years. Rochelle worked with Brian and Ann at Bogle & Gates for ten years before leaving in 1997 with Brian to found Durrell Law Group. Rochelle has been a member of the Alaska Association of Legal Assistants and the Anchorage Estate Planning Council.

Rochelle’s work is comprised of estate planning, trust funding, probate, business entity creation and transactional work, and development and oversight of our corporate and LLC maintenance systems.

A born and raised Alaskan from Eagle River, Alisha, is a 2007 University of Alaska Anchorage graduate, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Justice. At that time she also earned her Paralegal Certificate through UAA’s American Bar Association approved Paralegal Studies Program. Prior to graduating, Alisha worked for Durrell Law Group for 4 years while completing her degree. As a final step in the paralegal program, she was fortunate enough to complete her internship with DLG. Alisha assists in the management of probate matters, corporate maintenance, and the organization of limited liability companies and corporations.

Susan was born and lived in Subic Bay, Philippines for two years. Her father was a Naval Officer so she was raised throughout the West Coast, with two three year stays in Adak, Alaska. Her father retired in Anchorage, Alaska where she attended and graduated from Bartlett High School. She attended the University of Alaska Anchorage where she majored in business. Her husband's military career transferred their family to Killeen, Texas where she graduated from Central Texas College in 1999. Her family moved back to Anchorage, Alaska in 2000. She has been married for fourteen years and has two children. Susan has worked as a legal secretary in Anchorage for 8½ years.

A longtime Alaskan, Kathleen has worked in the computer information systems field for well over twenty years. She worked with Brian at Bogle & Gates as their law office / systems administrator for six years prior to leaving Alaska in 1996 due to her husband’s career in the Air Force. Her family returned home after his military retirement and Kathleen joined Durrell Law Group in 2004 as their information systems administrator.
